Meet the Owner
Founder & Owner, Strike Fitness
At just 19 years old, Alexa is already doing what most people only dream about — building her own fitness studio from the ground up in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

Alexa founded Strike Fitness with one simple belief: fitness works better when it's personal. Not a giant gym where you're a number — a boutique studio where coaches know your name, your goals, and the squat you've been working toward.
A 19-year-old entrepreneur, Alexa took her passion for movement and turned it into a business — proving that age is no barrier to building something real for your community. She leads from the front: teaching classes, coaching members one-on-one, and creating a space where everyone from seniors to first-time lifters feels at home.
Outside the studio, Alexa's world is full of growing things — literally. She's an avid plant lover whose collection keeps multiplying, and at home she's usually surrounded by her snake, Striker, and her dog, Indy. Ask her about either one and you'll get a full conversation (and probably a photo).
Whether you're stepping into a group fitness class for the first time, working on balance and mobility, or looking for coaching that finally makes nutrition click, Alexa's approach is the same: meet you where you are, and move you forward.
